14 Months Old!

Our baby girls are 14 months old today. It's so hard for us to believe how fast this past year has gone & now they are such toddlers with HUGE personalities! Shae is practically running these days & never sits still for a minute. Kaelyn is walking steadily & is getting so much more confidence in her ability! She is trying hard to keep up with Shae!

It seems like the girls understand everything we say and have started to say more words like "shoe," "bye bye", "ball" and still say "Mama" and "Dada" all the time. When we ask them to go get their caterpillar, bear, dog, book, etc. from their toy basket, they will bring it to us! They also point to their nose, ears, eyes, feet, tummy, mouth, head/hair. It's so neat to see how much they have learned and continue to take in.

We feel truly blessed to be the earthly parents to these precious girls & can't wait for what the future holds for them!

Shae is little Miss Personality and is constantly on the go! She eats like a champ, but never sits down when she's awake--she's working on her girlish figure :) She loves roaming the house & going from room to room to find something to get into! We have seen a few temper tantrums emerge, but she's a lovable little girl! She just knows what she wants!

Kaelyn is such a sweet loving little one. She is always smiling & in a good mood! She smiles everytime we get the camera out & puts on a show! She is loving being able to walk around & follows Shae around everywhere! She loves to talk on the phone & read her books. So sweet!
