Father's Day/Ryan's B-day!

We had a great Father's Day weekend celebrating Ryan and both of our dads, Papa G & Papi! On Sunday, we went to church with Ryan's parents and then back to their house for lunch. Ryan's birthday fell on Father's Day this year so we celebrated both occasions!

On Friday night, we had met my family at Carrabba's Italian restaurant to celebrate Papa G & Ryan's birthday. Mama G picked up a special buttermilk pie, Ryan's favorite!

My sisters and I went in together to get Papa G an outdoor ice chest! He loved it!

POOL TIME!

We have been enjoying our summer & spending lots of time at the POOL!! The girls are taking swim lessons and we love going to cousin Cannon's neighborhood pool. It's a great pool & Cannon loves swimming with the girls & getting out of the house! :)

Vacation Bible School '11

Last week was Vacation Bible School week at our church. I worked in a room and the girls attended and had so much fun! They learned all about what happened in the first days of creation, plus had all kinds of fun activities: bounce houses, petting zoo, music concert, etc.

The girls loved all of the dinosaurs set up in the atrium and would stop by for pictures every day!

There were over 6,000 kids who attended VBS at both of our campus locations! What a wonderful week!!

Summer Fun!

We are LOVING our summer! There are so many FUN things we get to enjoy during the summer! I am enjoying every minute with these two sweeties since they will be starting Kindergarten in 10 weeks!!!!

This past weekend, we headed out as a family to the Allen Outlet mall to shop around. We enjoyed Uncle Julio's for lunch & then on to Cabela's for a fun afternoon!

Last Thursday, we picked up cousin Cannon for a day of fun! We thought he needed some time out of the house to do something fun!

We headed to Willowbend for lunch at Chick-Fil-A and then enjoyed the "Vocal Trash" show! The kids had so much fun singing & dancing along to the songs!
