Happy Half Birthday Kaelyn & Shae!! Wow, it's so hard to believe that the girls are 6 months old!! They are growing up so fast & bring so much joy to our lives! We have definitely been DOUBLY blessed, no doubt about it! The girls have had a lot of firsts lately & are having a blast! They have both sat up by themselves for the first time & discovered a whole new view! What fun! We have introduced sippy cups that they absolutely LOVE! We put a little bit of diluted apple juice in & they just can't get enough! We introduced rice cereal this week & both girls actually did very well the first time. It got a little messy, which was to be expected, but they seemed to enjoy it!The girls had their 6-month appointment and they both got a great report! Kaelyn is right at 15 lbs and is 25 1/2 inches in height. Shae is right at 14 lbs and is 24 1/2 inches in height. Dr. Kim said he could tell they were healthy just by looking at their chubby cheeks! They got their shots, but Mommy gave them Tylenol before to ease the pain. Both girls slept their 12 hours as usual and seem to be feeling much better!!
Hard to believe that in just another 6 months, the girls will be 1 year old! We are enjoying every new discovery & milestones they meet!
