Volleyball is here!

The girls are so excited that another volleyball season is upon us! We are playing with several sweet friends which makes it even more fun! Let's go Volley Dolls! 

Another tooth gone!

Are you kidding me? Kaelyn lost another tooth!! Two teeth in two days! Between Shae and her, 3 teeth in two days! Ahhh! The Tooth Fairy might just go broke! 

Teeth and more teeth!

Today Shae lost her 4th tooth and Kaelyn lost her 3rd! The Tooth Fairy sure will be busy tonight! 

September 2, 2013...

Praise God for this day!! Kaelyn and Shae asked Jesus Christ into their hearts tonight! We are thankful, as we have prayed for this day for 7 years!! 

1st Day of 2nd Grade!

The girls had a wonderful 1st day of 2nd grade at their new school! We love their new teachers and are looking forward to a fun year ahead. I am so thankful that God provided me a job to work at their same school and they love knowing I'm there with them everyday!

Colorado - Day 6

On Friday, Shae was back to her happy self & we shopped around downtown until it started raining. We took cover in Starbuck's and also enjoyed a delicious crepe for lunch since we knew we were eating a big steak dinner that night. We ate dinner at The Mint Steakhouse which was first opened in 1862. Ryan cooked our steaks on the grill and we also enjoyed baked potatoes and salad. It was so delicious, Mom and Dad really enjoyed it! After dinner, we drove to Lake Dillon and walked around. Of course, we ended up at Starbuck's again for coffee & dessert! :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Colorado - Day 5

On Thursday, we walked around downtown after breakfast and enjoyed the cooler Colorado weather. We drove out to Keystone, CO and visited the horse stables where Ryan grew up going as a kid. The girls loved seeing the beautiful horses! Unfortunately, little Shae got some kind of tummy bug Thursday evening so we stayed in and rested. It was the perfect night to stay in since a big storm came in. Dad and Ryan picked up some dinner to bring back to the condo. Shae started feeling better after some meds and a popsicle!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Colorado - Day 4

On Wednesday, we ate a delicious breakfast at our favorite stop, the Columbine Café. We drove out to Hoosier Pass at the Continental Divide and loved the beautiful mountain scenery. The girls were so excited to swim at the Breckenridge Rec Center where they had heard many stories from Daddy about the indoor pool and huge water slide! They had a blast swimming & sliding for many hours! :)

 

That evening, we tried out an amazing Italian restaurant. It was small and quaint and absolutely delicious! This definitely made our last of favorites in Breckenridge.
