It felt like 150* there so we stayed cool by drinking some Icees!!

The girls were out before I even made it 5 minutes down the road...

When we got home, we changed into our swim suits & headed out to the pool!

Lots of fun in the POOL!!

After baths, Ms. Wendy let the girls help her pick some tomatoes!

They had so much fun!

Using their new arts & craft set from Ms. Wendy

The girls told Ms. Wendy & Mr. Robin that they loved the show "Swamp People" and Mr. Robin showed them this awesome alligator head he has! WOW!

Houston Roadtrip - Sunday (Day 1)

The girls and I headed out on our Houston Roadtrip last Sunday morning. We stopped by Red Box on the way out so we could get 2 movies to watch! They were the best travelers ever!!!

We stopped in Fairfield for lunch @ McDonald's and a couple of other rest stops!

We made a few stops in Spring, where I grew up. It was fun to drive around and visit my old stompin' grounds! :)

Leonard George Stadium - named after my dad when he retired in 2000.

Pretty cool to drive by on I-45 and see his name! :)

My middle school - Twin Creeks

The house that built me - lots of great memories!

My elementary school - Winship Elementary

The snowcone stand in front of my old neighborhood. We used to walk here many times during the summer from the back of the neighborhood!

From Spring, we had another 45 minutes to an hour to drive.

The girls took advantage of the drive & got in a power nap!

YAY! We made it!! Happy to see Ms. Wendy!

We went to dinner @ Chuy's Mexican restaurant.
